I cant get my O2 over 750 mV is this a sign for a bad sensor?

I've tried everything and it still doesent get over 750 mV any time...................(I ve tried open my injectors static @ 3500 rpm and still under 750 mV)

Could it be I need a heated one? that my exhaust cools it down? I know the output depends on the temp. but not how much and how.............

The sensor only has 200 km on it and it "looks" good.

It varies between 0-650 mV at idle and at 2000 rpm (havent tried higher) and then I unplugg the vacuum to AFPR and still I cant get it over 750 mV?...........It sees 0mV alot........

 

Have you tried to remove the sensor and test the mV output with the tip in the presence of a propane flame? A propane flame is generally devoid of all oxygen, and this test should yield the highest output voltage the sensor is capable of producing.

I'll have to check at work to se if I can do it there.....Just tried a PROM that was made to run pig rich and still not over 750 mV but tha car run like crap............

Today I tried a heated one..same result..... nothing above 700mV.........

I'll check the wiring tomorrow otherwise I dont have any clue............

any ideas?
