I've looked everywhere trying to find exactly what degree my timing should be set at.I no longer have the VEHI sticker that would normally have this information.I have a 1992 Camaro RS with a 305 TBI/with air.700R4 Transmission.Thanks.

 

Stock setting is 0*

Obviously you can advance the timing more than that however.

 

Stock setting is 0 deg. and you have to disconnect the computer advance to the distributor before you set it by unhooking the connector on the tan wire with a black stripe that pokes out of the wireing harness on the passenger side of the firewall. Most guys will advance it by 2-6 deg. to get more power out of it, just watch out for pinging if you do. I had mine advanced 4 deg.
