My friend's 305 TBI won't start, no fuel from the injectors. You can hear the fuel pump, it is pumping fuel. We replaced his fuel filter in case it was clogged but their still is no fuel coming through the injectors. What's up? The computer is throwing a code for the ESC module, could that be affecting his injectors?

 

Yes. The distributor needs to get good distributor reference pulses to be able to pulse the injectors. If the ESC is shunting the pulses, or the distributor connections are loose, there will be no fuel.
