Non-thirdgen, is my truck flashing a code??
on my 91 silverado 350 TBI my emergency brake
light started flashing, it flashes in regulare pulses. 8 quick flashes with one long one and then another 8 and so on. Does this means its flashing a code? if so do you have any idea of what its complaining about?

Jer,
You may have a brake pressure differential switch sensing a leak in either half of the brake hydraulic system, or it may be an antilock brake warning. If you still have your owner's manual, it should detail the function of the light. Typically, if the park brake is stuck on, the light will remain on instead of flashing.
