victory jr intake, camel hump heads- which cam?

What cam with this combo? I will have forged pistons that are 10:1 compression, and a holley 700 DP. What kinda power can I expect?

Not enough specifics to pick a cam from. Decide what you want the engine to do first. Street use rarely get above 5500 rpm and a race engine doesn't usually start making power until over 3000 rpm. The cam must work with the rest of the components. You also need to know car weight, converter stall speed, gearing etc. Since you have NOS go pick a cam designed for NOS use. Try using some software to chose a cam for your specific car.

In my current big block buildup I went through all the cam choices available from Compcams and Crancams and finally found a grind that works best with my combination. I decided on the LS6 grind. There are many cams out there that will give me more power but don't work as well with my car. Small blocks are the same thing. A cam that works perfect in one car won't work as well in another.

If you are backing off from EFI and going to carb, I'd tighten up on the LSA and go 110 degrees LSA. Furthermore, I've really enjoyed my Comp Cams XE262H grind in my 305... It's doing nearly 100 MPH in the quarter mile. It is a split duration cam with 214 degrees of intake and 224 degrees of exhaust duration. Lift is dependent on whether or not you get the roller or flat-tappet version. .501" for the roller version, .470" for the flat-tappet version. I have some sound bytes on my webpage of this cam, when coupled to ported heads, Edelbrock Performer intake, and a Hooker Aerochamber exhaust. I think it's a good street cam, which makes good power to about 6000 RPM. See: http://www.isthq.com/~dan/fcar.html
