I get a constant code 34 replace vacuum sensor, on my 1983 Trans AM with 4bbl carb. the car feels like it is starved for fuel when I go up a hill the tach dropes 2-4 rpms and then goes back up, it does this untill I get to the flat land, and that Check Engine Light is on all the time, now what is the vacuum sensor, I have never heard of that, Differental pressure sensor is labled VAC, what does it do? any help would be great, I have 148,000 miles on it. it is automatic.
