clanking over bumps
i have an 84 Z28 that clanks whenever you go over a bump when it hits the back tires. it has sort of like a squeak at the same time. i was told it was the body bushings, do you think it is? how hard are they to replace?

hmmm dunno about body bushings back there... first thing i'd take a look at would be the end links on your rear sway bar.. a broken endlink can make a pretty nice clunking sound.. as far as the squeeking might wanna check out the sway bar bushings, panhard bar bushings, etc as they tend to squeek pretty well once they get hardened with age..
