Why can't I use Bart brand Stockcar 15X8's on my car

Those rims are SOOO cheap and SOO light compared to aluminum rim pricing and weight, and I could get them in 15X8 or 15X10 even for the rears with the perfect amount of backspacing to fit huge meats on (right now I have 16inch iroc rims with the wrong amount of offset and I can't fit big tires) but the ads all say "not for street use" Why the heck not?!?!? I could swear I've seen people driving around with Nascar style rims on their trucks and Monte Carlo's....Is there something weird about them, like no valve stem or something?? I want to get the rims here http://store.summitracing.com/images...0-1512-105.jpg

PS. NO these aren't going on the Formula, I have 16X8 GTA rims on there These would be going on my GP

You can use them on the street, but they are not made to hit curbs, potholes etc. The centers are thicker than oem wheels but the rim part is rolled so it is thick in the radii and thin on the flat areas..hence stronger and lighter, with a much lower moment of inertia. I was looking at these, but i got a deal on IROC wheels i couldnt refuse. The 5spoke ones are sharp!
You also need to get special racing lug nuts which have a 45' seat.
