balancing a short rod stroker

since i am going to be buying new rods for my 350 build up, i figured i might as well go ahead and grab a stroker crank as well

i'm going with 400 rods, so i dont need to buy new pistons or worry about doing heavy clearancing

i already have a matched set of sealed power hyper flat-tops

i am also planning on buying a matched set of rods

what sort of stroker crank (internally/externally) will i need to be looking at here to do the least amount of clearancing?

i am guessing since i am using factory parts except for the crank, i dont need to run a small base circle cam

also, when i take everything to get balanced, what will i need to bring with me and about how much should it cost me?

btw, this is for a 2 piece rear main seal block, i might also like to run either a T56 or T5, so what kinda flywheel will i need?

also what balancer will i need?
