My Compression Test

Ok I just did a compression test today and was wondering if it was alright?

1 - 168
3 - 163
5 - 165
7 - 170

2 - 170
4 - 170
6 - 180
8 - 175

They seem a little off, but is that bad?

Ok, here the problem w/ my car, my 0 - 60 is pretty good but not the best, anything above 60 takes forever, and just eats up gas.
The idel is rough, when sitting in the car you can feel it shake pretty baddly. The car never ran perfectly since I got it. It also runs a little rich.

Heres some stuff I tried to fix the miss:

new fuel pump
changed carbs 3 times(all CC)
fixed all broken vaccums
new o2 sensor
changed carb agian to Non CC and changed distributer to vacume
changed ignition coil
tune up(plugs, wires, cap, rotor, oil, pcv, filters, ect...)

Well thats all I can think of, you guys have any ideas?

Yo Nappy,

May want to list what type/year/etc/ car you have

BTW, compression test results are fine, nothing to do with what problem you think you have.

my car ran like dog ****, poochy as hell, thought it was running lean, turned it up, turns out it was already real rich, couldn't get the edelbrock to run right, the demon on it now makes it haul

I just put on a new exaust, so it cant be the cat. What about timing chain? could that be a problem? if so is there an easy way to test it?

Thanks

If it never ran well since you have had it...have you checked the plug wires for proper routing?

Timing chain shouldn't cause a rough idle, unless it's really slapping around.
