What are the sign's of bad vavles or misadjusted vavles?
What are the sympthoms, (spelling) will it act okay while idling and then mess up and higher rpm's or will it be the other way around, please give me all the details you can. thanks

Get yourself a vacuum guage to verify you have bad valves. On the guage, the reading should be steady, if it is irratic, then your have one or a couple bad valves. The guage can be aquired from any auto parts stores for around $30. Very good investment.
Oh, to answer your question directly ... poor driveability and loss of power.

Do you have hydraulic lifters? If so then no. Unless you tighten the rockers really tight, instead of setting the correct lash. Valves are not adjustable, lifters/lash are.
