Check Engine Codes 43 & 44

The SES light in my car has been coming on after it gets up to running temperature. I recently discovered how to check the SES codes and decided to try it. When I did, it showed me:
43. Low voltage at electronic spark timing circuit
44. Oxygen sensor lean
Does 44 just mean I have a bad Oxygen Sensor or is it something more serious? And I have no idea what 43 means. Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty much stock except for Flowmaster cat-back exhaust and a gutted THERMAC valve on the air cleaner housing.
Oh yeah, one of the previous owners hollowed out the catylitic converter

If you haven't changed the oxygen sensor in the last 30,000 miles or so, it's a good idea even as a preventive measure.

A "43" is a constant knock sensor signal or excessively long spark retard. Check the connections at teh knock sensor and ESC module.

Once that's done, clear the trouble codes, drive it, and scan again.
