Will an Edelbrock Torker manifold bolt onto my 305 TBI?

I'm swapping to carb and this guy will sell me a 600 cfm carb and a what-looks-like-torker manifold for $100. Will the manifold bolt on to my stock 305 TBI heads?

It will require some modification to make it bolt up, assuming that you've still got the stock heads. The stock center-bolt valve cover heads have some different intake bolt angles than the older perimeter-bolt valve cover heads. I'm not sure exactly which bolt holes will require modification, somebody else will have to help you there...
