Squeaky engine

I have a squeak in the engine that is hard to track down. I think it is the pushrods rubbing on the guide plates, at least that is where I can hear it best with a stethiscope (sp). It sounds like a belt chirping at idle. I unhooked the belts which also stops the water pump and the noise didn't go away. I have Pro Action heads and Comp cam, pushrods, and rockers. I also can't see any wear on the pushrods or guideplates and everything is oiling fine on the top end. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you recreate the noise by turning the engine by hand? It might be an easier way to find it.
