Check it out...EVERYONE needs one of these..

Check out my home-made engine stand that is used to break in and run motors!! I have a oil pressure and water temp guage, along with a power and a start button. Added a battery tray to the side and ran a hose from a gas tank to the carb. Then got a set of no name headers with a couple small pieces of 2.5" exahust pipe. Then slipped a couple of edelbrock mufflers I had laying around to it.

Great for break in! You know your rings are seated and you have oil pressure before you put it in the car! You can run motors you build for someone, or motors you have so people can "see it run before they buy it".

What do ya think? made it out of and old grocery cart Ive had around for years....

I have a similar setup I made, but used a frame for the radiator after I lost one in the fan...frame is there just to keep the radiator from falling back into the fan.

You should get a patent on that , those are ok for testing for leaks and cam break-in, but IMHO it's best to break the rings in with the engine in the car .

thats an awesome looking design, looks like something my grandfather made to build moderate sized lawn mower engines.

VERY NICE can it accomodate both electric and non electric fans. All you need now is some dyno material to set up your own dyno shop

i was looking at this statement trying to get your logic and I realized I typed in "break in" instead of "Seat the Rings"....lol
