ooops, sorrry... the engine's all stock... no mods yet... it's a carbed 350 with conventional points type ac delco distributor... it also has a mechanical fuel pump...

my motor used to do that...hit the gas in neutral and it took so long to rev up. then i fixed a major vacuum leak i had, and at the same time i changed the advance springs in the dist. for quicker advance, and now it revs up a million times faster...
