It'll blow your mind away!

A friend of mine let me use his (gulp) Ford dealership to work on my car the other week. I had some routine maintanance to do, and he said in exchange for some labor, I could use his shop.

Well, I changed my plugs, fixed my temperature gauge, replaced my fan switch, and changed my inline fuel filter, and damn, what a difference!

Has anyone else done any of these changes all at once and noticed the ***** to the wall experience that I did?

most likely the plugs are what did it they can make a world of difference...and the same goes if your fuel filter was clogged. ya know i did the same thing a while back...my buddy works in one of those places....anyway he said if i helped him with his truck i could use the lift. isnt it beautiful working on your car w/ a lift? amongst other things i changed my tranny fluid and it was the easiet thing...i gotta get me one of those

yeah, that was the best part... Although after mine came off the lift, I had to help him install a new motor in a mustang. Can I just say that that is sooooo much easier than working on our cars!

Mike,

It has to be fairly simple, so a Ford driver can figure it out...

ouch

I was thinking of how much more room you get in a V6 compared to the chevy V8 w/ all of the emmissions junk.

it is true though Vader, I have to give you credit for that...
