well my 305 TBI might not run with the big dogs, but does it have more endurance?
how many miles can a 350 go? I'm thinking of using a 2 bolt Caprice shrotblock. will it go 200k easily?
thanks

I will concur with the others and I have seen many a 350 go well over 200K (mine is getting close that). The secret to having a motor last a long time is frequent oil changes, using good quality oil (I have Mobil 1 right after I broke my motor in), doing a good warm up when you first start the engine and not rat bagging the **** out of it.
While I wouldn't say my engine has been babied or ***** footed, I don't beat the snot out of it either.

Monkie, if you are talking about the 92' camaro, that would be 110K miles per year.
That's over 9100 miles every month for 9 years. Dude somebody did some hella' driving and took extreamly good care of that ride....Amazing
