when i start my 88 firebird 350 tpi, she idles very randomly and eventually finds a spot to sit at. I also noticed that smoke is coming out of the exhaust. do i have oil in the fuel or something? And when i accelerate more than 2/3 she just about dies and then the tranny kicks in and it moves. Sounds almost as if the car is choking. I have decided not to run it unless I have to, I thought about bringing it to get fixed, but I don't have the money and hoping its something simple. any help is appreciated, thanks
