It sounds like either a drop in (or too little) fuel pressure, or a very weak ignition.

What kind of Carb are you running, and what is you're fuel pressure?

As for the ignition, is it stock? If it is, replace all of it. Replace the coil, module, wires, plugs (gapped properly), pretty much all of it.

Just double check you're fuel pressure though, as something (either fuel pressure, or spark), is not keeping up with engine RPM.....

Weak ignition, there's a safe way and a cheap way to test it. The cheap way is to pull a spark plug wire off of the plug, and connect it to a screwdriver. Hold the screwdriver by the plastic handle and hover the metal of the screwdriver over, very close, to the fender while someone cranks the car over, and watch the spark. If it's any color besides blue or white, you need a new ignition coil or the plugwire, cap, or rotor is bad. Most likely a coil. Blue isn't the best color, but blue is acceptable. White is what you really want.

The safe way is to buy an HEI ignition tester. They're sold at auto parts stores...Advance doesnt carry one here, but Autozone does. Look by the diagnostic tools. To use it, disconnect a plug wire off the plug, and clip it onto the tester. Attach the wire off of it to a good solid ground. Turn the dial to the proper amount of gap. Again, have someone crank the car and watch the spark.

i have a holley 750 VS carb, it was just rebuilt like 2 months ago.

i am gunna try to check the spark tomorrow for the colour.

i dont no my fuel pressure i am prob gunna go get some tool to check tomorrow.

i replaced my plugs and wires 2 months ago

but i think the problem is something with my coil, because a couple times she just stalls out on me and wont start back up for a bit. this only happen like 3 times, but i think this problem is related to this one.

should i grab a acccel coil?

Grab whatever coil ya want, but I recommend Accel or MSD.

Stalling and refusing to start doesn't sound like a coil problem to me, it sounds like your ICM is overheating.
