Th350 swap and how hard?

Th350 swap and how hard?
Ok, my 700R4 is dead, and I happen to have 2 TH350s laying around. I know the gear differences, but what mechanicly is needed to make the swap?
New drive shaft? I know about the arm mount, I could fabircate one myself. What else? Will the tranny cooler lines line up? Bolt patters the same?

if it's the longer tail shaft it pretty much is a direct replacement. my son did it. i tihnk we had to add a piece of stee lto his cross member for the trans mount to bolt to, other than that i don't think it was very hard to do. had to run a line for the modulator and hook up the passing gear cable. with all that said i'm moving this to the transmission board.
