Ok Ive got a sweet lookin 92 RS but it only has the V6. I want to put in a 97 LT1 maybe but Ive heard that if you're a novice to engine swaps then it will be a big pain. Oh and I also want to put in the T56 too. So I have 2 choices. 1: sell my car for about $7,000 (I wouldnt sell for less. This one guy offered me 6 grand). Then buy a Z28 or IROC thats not that great of condition for about 2500 and use the 4500 left over to get a crate and T56 to put in it and fix any problems I find with the car. Or 2: just keep mine and try the swap. What do you guys think I should do!? THANKS!

Uhm well personally I would not buy a V6 thirdgen for $7000 unless it had a turbo on it so I don't know if you'll actually be able to get that much for it.

 

I figured this would come and my car is in MINT condition nothing wrong 5speed 25th anniv camaro and yes I know I can get 7000 out of it. Hell I paid 5000 for it.

But I live in ****ville. Well not far from it. Trust me the 3rd gens around here are cheap but they are pieces of ****. I mean you wouldnt believe some of them. If you find one around here like mine you will pay alot of $$$. So if I do get one around here it will be about 1500-3000 and it will need some work. Im talking a new engine and everything. We've got so many damn red necks around here! I mean EVERYONE knows me by my car. You can talk to someone and mention my name and they will be like "huh?" but you tell them "the guy that drives the nice RS" and they will know. Im tellin you I can get 7 grand easily! Some of these cars on this site that Ive seen I think could go for 12 grand. So many rusted out 3rd gens around here. It makes me sick. But hey, the more POS 3rd gens and the ones that go to the junk yard every month just make mine go up in price. I really dont know if I should sell it or not.
