CAR takes too long to heat up.......PLEASE HELP

i dont know what it is but ever since it started gettin colder, my car is having a real hard time heating to closed loop. It will never ever run over 180 not even in the high 90's it was in the summer. and now im struggling to get it to go to a little bit past hundred. The choke comes on and then all of a sudden it freaks out and starts idling at 2000 throws a SES and when i push on the gas it goes back down. WHat is wrong guys?????

sounds like it's cooling so well it's too good...throw in a 190* thermostat (if you have changed it) and see if that helps.

It sounds like your thermostat is stuck open.
