functional front grill

Is it possible to open up the front grill on our cars and allow more airflow for cooling. I was thinking about adding a supercharger with a large intercooler. Any reason it cant be opened up?

It can, but the problem is the rad is right behind it, and so is the AC coil.

True, cutting holes in the grill won't make a huge difference in cooling, but every little bit helps. Your best bet is just o make sure yuor air dam is in perfect shape and that your AC ccondenser is not all smashed up. Also, clean out the space between the ac cond and the rad real good. you get a good bit of leaves and stuff in there and that can raise your temp pretty good.
