Yea,
check out the suspension board for more info. Its a bar located just under the swaybar in IROC's only (maybe Z28, but no pontiac's). The bar is supposed to connect the lower framerails, and is said to be a nice addition.

I put a wonderbar on my 89RS. I got it off an 88 IROC. It's easy to spot once you know where to look. It bolts in the same place as your front sway bar, right where the U shaped bushing brackets for the sway bar bolt up. You'll see a thin bar running parallel with the front sway bar if you already have it on your car. They're a piece of cake to install. All you have to do is unbolt the U shaped brackets and drop your sway bar down. Put the bar in place, put the sway bar back up to hold it in place, and tighten the bolts back up. Only took about 10 minutes to do on mine. The car did feel a little stiffer on corners after I put it on, so I guess it does make a bit of a difference in the handling.

They're a great addition to other suspension work like strut tower brace, springs, struts and shocks. Having 36mm front, 24mm rear sway bars helps a bunch too. If you can't find one then globalwest makes them. I think they upped the price to something like $50, not sure though. It's your call though, but I've hear nothing but good things about it. I have yet to install mine (car sits till it gets it's new engine).
