What plugs should I use ?

Im running a Mostly stock LG4 ( for now ) with a Mech Qjet Soon to be full Msd ignition.

Wich Plugs and what Gap would be Best For My setup ?

i'd run what ever gm says to run. ac's set to the stock gap. if you do ever go to msd i'd open the gap about .010 and try a step or 2 colder.
