Pushrods too long on L98 Heads

I ordered pushrods for my 92 Z28. I am putting L98 heads on it. The pushrods came in and they are longer than the factory pieces. Is there anyway to use these? Or am I going to have to order more? If so who has the best deal on hardened pushrods for hardened guideplates. Overlooked, BranT

It's not your heads, it's your lifters. you mistakingly ordered pushrods for flat tappet lifters, not roller. nothing you can go about it but buy the right ones, sorry.

Jester's right. The pushrods for roller lifters are like .100 shorter if I remember right. I've seen hardened pushrods for our engines in either Summit or Jeg's mail order for a pretty decent price.
