idle problem

idle problem
I replaced my stock throttle body with a Holley 52mm. I didn't have any idle problems before the swap. When I first started the car, it wouldn't hold idle. I replaced the IAC valve and the problem is still there. Any Ideas on what my problem could be? The car is a 1991 z28 350 tpi. Thanks.

Also the idle problem seems to be when the car is cold only. When the car warms up the idle seems to be fine. Someone must have an idea........ I tried searching and found some info but more would be helpful.

Throttle linkage adjusted properly? Maybe the TPS improperly set? I don't have much experience with FI, but you didn't really say what it was doing... idleing high? stalling? idleing roughly?
