Have you "investigated" anything, yet...?
Last tune up (plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor, coil, fuel filters, air filters, transmission tune up)?
Checked for vacuum leaks, wires against exhaust?
How many miles on the engine...catalytic converters?
Can you check for fuel pressure during WOT (wide open throttle)?
Eliminate the simple solutions 1st

that popping sound also comes out of my pipes and when your cat is clogged doesnt it usually stink real bad or not and thank you guys so far im going to check all these things
Not all the time does a bad cat stink. Its just something to look into too. It would explain the loss of power. A compression check and a leak down test maybe a good place to start. The compression test could help rule out a bad cam burnt/cracked valve.
