AC Removal

Dumb question here, but where is the tech article about how to delete/remove the ac from my car? I don't need a dummy pulley since my car is an 86 correct?

Thanks.

heaterbox you will need, its a simply bolt in mod and then some minor wirings

if u have the one belt setup for all stuff on the engine then u most likely should buy the a/c delete pulley.

with v-belt your right u wont need the a/c delete pulley.

i started in front buy getting the condensor out, thats in front of the radiator, just unbolt the top piece that holds the rad. in place and then unhook the a/c connections going to the condensor, then lean the radiator back to slowly get the condensor out, after that unbolt the compressor and lines going to and from the big a/c box.

there is plenty of info about a/c delete so some searching might help u out some more, but basically its a bolt out/bolt in case.
