Some older castings use the clock dial method, which is a round indicator with a pointer aimed at the appropriate numbers for month and year.

Casting number 14010203 is 80-85 305 however I can't find T9K in any block codes for those years.
CF1219501 should be the end of the vehicles serial number but there's one to many numbers on the end. The C = 1982
