i was reading some post talking about downloading some software on your laptop and using it for you car so:
whats the software?
where do i get it?
what all does it do or check in on your car?
and can i use a pocket pc instead of a laptop?

I think you're probably talking about the moates software. What it does, you can connect your laptop to your car's ALDL (with a cable) and using the program, lets you see everything that is going on in your car, everything the computer sees, what all the sensors are reading, trouble codes, etc. It can also give horsepower estimations, 0-60 times, stuff like that. It's a pretty usefull tool. You can find it at:
