I have the superram, 2032 cam and Crane gold 1.5 rr w/ Crane chromemoly pushrods.

I can pickup the lPE 219 cam on ebay for $250.00, get some 1.6 RR and pushrods...sell my current setup on ebay or elsewhere and be.......

Happy??!?!?? or what???

Should I...should I NOT....should I invest in a higher stall torque converter and drag radials first???

What to do?? HELP!!!!

Thanks!

Marty

A convertor will help more than the cam swap. You may have to change springs with the 219, it calls for more seat pressure.

Get a convertor.

yes I would have to switch springs. But if I swap out the rockers too maybe it wouldn't be that big of a pain...

Thanks for the reply

I'd get the drag radials and a good converter, 2400-3000 stall, depending if you plan to end up w/ the LPE 219 or not. You can always swap cams later, the converter and drag radials should help more though.

See what you run with the tc and dr's, if you aren't satisfied, then try a cam swap.
