Tell me about my cam

Ok, earlier this summer my friend suggested a cam for me and I went out and bought it and threw it into my car. I know very little about cams. I have listed the specs below. Can someone tell me what all this means and what affects it has on my engine, rpm, hp, torque, low end/high end power etc.....

I have a few mods done to my engine (nothing internal). The main things are 3" exhaust, long tube headers...(check my webpage if you really want to know everything)

I can only notice two differences in my car. 1)The idle is really erratic and jumps between like 700-1200 rpm,....but only does this after the car warms up a bit. 2) it seems like I have far less power because now I have to try to spin my tires off the line and when I stomp it, down****ing into 1st it doesn't spin like before either,....going into 2nd rarely chirps anymore either...

Anyways here it is:
Lunati 54779

rpm range: 1600-5600
duaration Adv In/Exh: 268° 279°
duration @ .050" In/Exh: 215° 224°
lift @ Valve In/Exh: .489" .489"
ift @ Lobe In/Exh: .326" .326"
Lope Sep Int C/L: 112° Sep 108° Int C/
Opens/Closes @ .050: 0.5°ATC 35.5°ABC /48°BBC 04°BTC

thanks,

Is the car mostly stock?? I think your cam is too big.

Correct me if I am wrong on any of this but:

Duration: How long the valves stay open

Lift: How high they open? Not sure on this one.

Don't flame me if I am wrong, but I seem to remember that.

But I still say your cam is too big.
