FUSE, Please help

The fuse on my GTA keeps blowing. I never had a problem with this car, never. I came home from work the other nite, pulled in
the driveway, then I heard a click. the dash lights went out, and the rear park lights, but the brake lights work. radio headlight.
only dash and rear lights went out. Could this be a bad bulb in the taillight?
has any one ever heard of that. has this happen to you?
Please help.

THe dash lights get their juice from the taillight circuit, so that's why they go out too.

Yes, it could be a bulb problem; could be either a front (parking light) or rear bulb.
