Sounds like you have 2 separate problems.

"Breaking up" I'm going to assume means that the engine suddenly begins to run rough. Most of the time this is because of valve springs. What valve springs are on your heads?

Fouling plugs is almost certainly due to the carb. Try borrowing a carb from somebody and see if that helps.

It's also not impossible that your spark is weak, and that it goes away at higher RPMs. What is your ignition? Have you tried substituting parts?

Those plugs should be OK as a starting point for tuning.

the vavle spring are 1.437 duel,im also running msd pro billet dist and msd 6al and blaster 2 coil with the msd 8.5 super conductor wire set, also the car starts braking up its like to much fuel or not enough when it starts doing it if you let off the gas petal the car will stall, also it only does this at 170 or hoter temps

what is your initial and full advance timing at? Also do you run vacuum advance? Another thing is, have you ever leak-tested your carb?
