zz4 cam, vette heads and 1.6 rockers

I want to swap some '88 aluminum D port heads from a 88-up vette when I do a ZZ4 cam swap. I also have some 1.6 rockers I'd like to put on.

After cleaning up the heads and probably some porting, is there anything I should look for or work on to avoid problems with that lift of cam and the 1.6 rockers.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
GC

The hole where the pushrod passes through the head
may need to be elongated for 1.6:1 rockers.

May need a better valve spring. Check retainer to guide boss top (or valve seal) at full lift. +.060" clearance minimum.

The 1.6 rockers will probabily only be needed on the intake side.
