Your thermastat may be stuck open. Does your car stay cool and then sometimes run up real hot? Camaros run a pretty high temp.

No mods yet...Hopefully:
Convert to dual-cat with headers and Borla catback exhaust.
Edelbrock MPFI system.
RAM air hood & Z28 wing.
Z28 cam.
ABS system.
Positraction rearend with rear disc brakes.
Rebuilt front and rearend suspension with polygraphite bushings.

I'd also say thermostat. Pull the thermostat housing off and check it. It's either stuck open, missing, or sitting offset somehow allowing the coolent to bypass it. If you had heat before, then I'd go with the stuck open choise.

What are the other ends of your heater hoses hooked to?

I've had the same problems as you with my IROC - my solution, I just parked it until spring rolls around. If I need to drive it, I would get fans wired on a switch a put cardboard in front of the radiator. Mine not only does not blow heat, it get so cold moving down the road that it runs like crap, runs like hell once it warms up however.
