those with performer rpm intake please help

I'm building a 355 with the performer rpm package at the moument and should have it ready to drop in within a months time, my only question is, will my stock hood clear the taller intake, as is there's not much room under my hood so if anyone has this ontake I'd greatly appreciate you're knowledge on this subject.

This is the lowest available aircleaner assembly.

With a holley carb you want to shorten or remove the choke horn so the carb can breathe right.

But it fits.

I had this setup,

Edelbrock 1406 Carb
Edelbrock 14x3 Drop Base Air Cleaner
Edelbrock 7101 Performer RPM Intake Manifold
And it rubbed very slightly at the front of the aircleaner.
I think a Camaro wouldn't have any problems since the hood/fenders don't slope down as much as a Firebird.
