Rebuilt 350 or used L98...

I posted this in the TPI section too. I can have an engine shop rebuild a 350 and put my TPI stuff on it or I can buy a used L98 with 82,000 miles on it for the same price. If I go with the rebuild what heads, cam and baseplate and runners should I use???
