3.1L Running Rough and Dying!

The engine runs perfect at start up,idles perfect. Then I drive for about 15 miles during which the SES light comes on, So I get where I'm going park it, then it dies idling in the parking lot. So I let it sit, then crank it till I need a jump, then I crank it and start it, it smelled flooded but i'm not sure. I drive home it's rough but no SES light. I ran the codes when it wouldn't start and this is what I got

43. Low voltage at electronic spark timing circuit
44. Oxygen sensor lean
45. Oxygen sensor rich

Either the 44 or 45 was there before this time as was the 43 so they didn't both pop up at the same time. What do I do to fix the 43? It sounds as if the roughness during running comes from the timing being off and the engine shakes from it. So I guess I want to know if there could be anything else besides the code 43 and what i can do about the 43.

any help is appreciated, thanks

first thing to do is check plugs can and rotor... if they are in good shape check the fuel pressure when the prob occurrs... goog place to start check the basics first... those systems can cause those symptoms and codes to set...
