whats the best heads for the money?

I was looking at the trickflow heads, but I hear a lot about the vortech heads. Anyone have expierience with them?

If I had to go with heads I'd go with the AFR 190's

Vortec heads have the best bang for the buck, they are probably the best stock GM heads ever.

That's really all I know..
