how to drain gas from tank
Were swaping in a V8 TPI pump into my GF's 90 RS with a V6 pump for a motor swap. problem is tank is full since we were storing it and didnt think we were goign to get to the swap this year. Any suggs on how to drain? Thanks

u can squeeze a lil hose down there n syhpon it out...
disconnect a fuel line, turn the key to the on posistion to prime the pump, that will do the trick..
theres a way to jump the fuel pump so it runs constantly through the ALDL connector under the dash, i do not know the pimps to jump but i read its a possible way, do a search for it

a quick search i did for the fuel pump jumper is this

just skimmed it

isnt the v6 pump capable of enough flow to support a tpi setup? a buddy of mine did a v6mpfi to 350 tpi swap on his 89 and didnt change the pump and it runs fine...
