Right at $5500. I got a smoking deal on the 86 IROC. It was literally smoking,, the engine and car was in pieces. It had a lot of performance parts that were recently bought from me and my old speed shop. I paid $2200 for the car. $2200 for additional parts and machine work (all labor done by self). $1100 for 17" wheels and Z-rated tires. - All it needs is paint to look and be better than new!!!

------------------
86 IROC - 9.8:1 - 355, TFS twisted wedge heads, 218/228-110, fully ported GM base and plenum, SLP runners, 52mm BBK, 24# SVO, 1 5/8" Headman headers, 2.5" Dynomax, TH350, 2200 stall, B&M Megashifter, 3.23 peg leg, 245/45ZR17s on 212 Eagles
Best run - 12.53/112.4 on 26x11.5 ET Streets.

I'm right at $21,000 not including what we paid for the car back in 87. I'm happy and my wife never complains about how much I spend on the car.

What a depressing thread. Now I remember why I have been eating cat food and standing on the street corner waving the sign "will race for food" at passing cars.

I better go for a quick drive to make me feel better. Hopefully I will have another memory lapse.
