Can't start car, I hate alarms......

Alright, I've been trying to do this for a while now and it's really starting to get on my nerves. We had to take my column out so that we could fix a bunch of crap in it. After we got it back in this morning me and my dad hooked everything back up to see if we could get the ignition to turn over. I hooked up the battery and immediately the alarm started to go off. Now it wont stop unless we disconnect the battery. I looked under the dash where the brain of the alarm is. There are two alarm boxes under there which I don't get first off. Theres a wire that runs from one of the boxes to the ignition wire. I was wondering if I unplugged this would it stop the ignition kill or what would happen,,,,,any suggestions please?

Two boxes?
I've got a single box and just pulled out the large grouping of wires out of it.
With two boxes I have no experience but would suggest asking a dealer of the system or similar system, how to disconnect it properly.

AcSeb, did you try disarming the alarm with the remote?

That's common for alarms to do- go off as soon as the battery's reconnected. There's two ways to deal with it- hit the remote button to turn the alarm off. Or, before you hook up the battery, put the key in the ignition, and turn the key to "run" (right before "crank"). Now re-connect the battery- all should be quiet.

After my car almost got stolen I couldn't start my car either. It was at the end of the school year and my mom came out to help me home for the summer. I was not going to pay the guy $600 estimate to look at the wires when I could have done that. I went out to my car and was so pissed because it was locking and unlocking but then I figured hell. Let me plug up all the sensor wires on the alarm and try the "start" button. POW, that was it, car started right up, I pushed all the broken pieces of plastic out of the way and tucked the wires around so I would sit and I drove 540miles. We had to stop because they had broken my headlight switch so I had to do my custom wiring and I had to figure it all out with my multimeter in the dark :-). All good, had a switch next to my knee and I got her home. Restored the interior to new over the summer then the 305 takes a crap...it's her way of telling me she didn't want to come out here anymore.
