The heads are out so are the lifters, I´ve
tried to take out the cam with the sprocket
as a help, I rotate a little and draw but it does not came out.
Any ideas or tricks?

It's probably hitting a rod.

Rotate the crank about 45°.

Did you take out the screws holding the thrust plate under the timing gear?

 

does it have a mechanical fuel pump? if so remove the push rod for the pump.
