2 easy steps:
1. Throw old ones away.
2. Buy new ones.
They're too cheap to be bothered, so they're not made so that it's possible.
That's one of the selling points of the better-quality racing ones; is that they are designed to be rebuildable, although not in the field. Factory only.

I took apart my old 195,000 mile rollers and had them vat cleaned by the machine shop then I dissasembled each one and cleaned each component. They work fine but I just did it cause I was desperate to get the HOT cam in before the track closed.

Sure you could do that, just basically clean them up; that's not "rebuilding" them though.
But, as long as the oil has been changed regularly, even that much work usually isn't necessary. Most of the time you can just re-use them as they are. If the roller part is damaged or worn, they just need to be replaced.
I know of no particular "upgrades" that can be performed on them.
