valve cover wiring harness

Hi,

I've removed my valve covers, but on the passenger side, the wiring harness causes a really tight fit. I can't seem to move that harness, it's almost like it's bracketed to the head though I can't see a bracket. Does anyone else have that issue? What can be done to make that section of the harness more flexible?

Thanks,

try disconnecting the IAC, TPS, CTS.

also the AIR connectors if they are part of that harness.

Yep, I have all that disconnected. I can pull the front part of the harness and wave it around. It's just the rear part near the firewall doesn't budge. I can barely pry 0.5" space with a screwdriver.
