Ok, when i turn the key, the motor is not turning over, and there is no sound from the starter whatsoever. I have all the bells and whistles. I just put in a gauge cluster from a 91 Z, and it started fine before that. Could this be something to do with the new gauges?

 

Did you disconnect your battery while you swaped out the cluster? Do you have power to your other lights, etc.? Do you have a multimeter to check for voltage? Start with your battery and follow the cables back? Are there any left over wires that did not connect to anything on the new cluster. If all this checks out ok try swaping in your old cluster back in, and check to see if it starts. It might be something unrelated.
