Cam suggestions...

Ok, I need cam suggestions. I am building a 383 stroker, here is what i have: 350 block, .030 over all machine work done, speed pro hypereutectics, CR3 rods, 400 crank, moly rings, vortec heads which are port/polished and machined for larger valve springs and 1.6 rockers, xtreme energy dual spring valve springs (up to .600" lift), 1.6 roller rockers, edelbrock performer rpm intake, pete jackson gear drive, hedman long tubes, holley street avenger 750. I am getting ready to assemble the motor and i was wondering what a good cam will be to get me to around 430 hp and 430 lb-ft at the least. I was leaning towards maybe:

Lunati street avenger
265/270 duration
.454/.454 lift

or

Comp Cams Xtreme energy
284/284 duration
.507/.510

Xtreme energy
268/268
.477/.480

Crane Cams
272/284
.454/.480

This car is going to be for street/strip. Im not worried about gas mileage but i would like it to run decently at idle. Which one of these would you suggest, or if you know of others that would be better please let me know. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Here's a few of my recommendations:

CompCams Extreme Energy 276HR: 224/230 @.050" .502/.510" lift, 110* LSA.

That one assumes a factory roller lifter block

CompCams Extreme Energy 274H 230/236 @.050" .490/.490" lift, 110* LSA.

That one is a flat tappet hydraulic lifter cam.

Couple of your ideas are very similar. These cams will offer you a good performance for what I think you would be looking for.

Post those cams with the duration @.050 so we can do apples to apples.

I would go with a 225-230 @ .050 if you want power and a decent idle, but it depends on what is a decent idle to you.

Duration for all the cams were at .050, and im going to use hydraulic lifters. Sorry for not specifying.
